Conditions of access and internal rules
These rules apply to all visitors of TerrasseO2, including the Rose & Lulu restaurant. Their purpose is to provide everyone with a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment. By entering the premises, all visitors agree to comply with the provisions of these regulations.
The establishment strives to maintain a convivial, refined, and harmonious atmosphere, in line with its positioning.
Management reserves the right to assess compliance with these rules, in accordance with principles of objectivity and non-discrimination.
As part of the access conditions, each guest is invited to download and use the official TO2 application, available on the App Store and Google Play, or via QR code at the entrance and on www.la-terrasse.be/app. This application forms an integral part of the access conditions. However, individuals who do not wish to use it may access the establishment upon payment of a fee of €15, without prejudice to compliance with the other access conditions.
Security staff reserve the right to carry out checks to ensure compliance with these regulations. All visitors must cooperate and follow instructions, in the interest of safety, order, and the smooth running of activities. In the event of refusal, access may be denied or the individual may be escorted out.
Access to the establishment is restricted to persons over 18 years of age after 6:00 PM, including for the restaurant.
Animals are not permitted, except for assistance dogs.

Access to the establishment may be refused in the following cases:
- Any person in possession of weapons, dangerous objects, or illegal substances
- Any person bringing in outside food or beverages
- Any person who has previously disturbed public order during a prior visit
- When maximum capacity is reached or in case of imminent closing
- In the event of exceptional privatization of the venue
- Any person under the influence of alcohol or substances
- Any person whose behavior is aggressive, threatening, or incompatible with safety or the proper conduct of the event
- Any person refusing to comply with these regulations
Dress Code
To preserve the positioning, atmosphere, and standard of the establishment, appropriate, clean, and well-presented attire is required for all visitors.
As a guideline, a “smart casual” dress code is expected, including clothing in good condition, clean and presentable, such as:
- Structured tops (shirt, collared polo, or equivalent)
- Trousers or similar garments in good condition (e.g. non-ripped jeans, chinos, etc.)
- Closed-toe shoes or footwear suitable for a refined indoor environment
The following are not permitted:
- Sportswear or similar (jogging suits, athletic tank tops, sports shorts, etc.)
- Beachwear (flip-flops, slides, swimwear, etc.)
- Accessories or clothing clearly inappropriate for the setting or inconsistent with the venue’s positioning
- Clothing showing significant wear or damage (major tears, visible stains)
These examples are indicative and not exhaustive.
Compliance with these requirements will be assessed reasonably, objectively, and proportionately, solely based on the suitability of the attire to the setting, and in strict compliance with applicable non-discrimination laws.
No distinction is made on the basis of legally protected criteria, including gender, origin, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
Any person failing to comply may be refused entry or asked to leave the establishment.
Conduct Within the Establishment
To ensure the safety of individuals, the preservation of facilities, and the smooth running of activities, all persons admitted must behave respectfully and in accordance with these rules.
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Carry or introduce dangerous objects or items that may threaten the safety of people or property
- Be in a state of obvious intoxication or under the influence of substances affecting behavior
- Engage in aggressive, violent, insulting, or disruptive behavior
- Consume food or beverages not provided by the establishment, unless expressly authorized
- Show disrespect towards other guests or staff
- Consume, possess, or sell illegal substances
- Damage, misuse, or improperly use the facilities provided
For safety reasons and to ensure proper operations, all persons must be identifiable at all times by staff.
It is therefore prohibited to deliberately conceal one’s face in a way that prevents identification, including by wearing masks, balaclavas, or similar items.
This rule does not apply where face covering is required by law, justified by medical reasons, or otherwise protected by law.
Any person failing to comply with these rules may be immediately asked to leave the premises, without prejudice to any further appropriate measures.
Security
For security reasons, the establishment is under video surveillance.
Protection Unit company ensures the security of the public and the site of the Terrace 24 hours a day. It is permanently connected to the Uccle police.
Our security agents are authorised to examine the contents of bags and in certain exceptional situations, to carry out a body search.
Neighbourhood
Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood when you arrive and leave the Terrasse O2.
