Conditions of access and internal rules

These rules apply to all visitors of TerrasseO2, including the Rose & Lulu restaurant. Their purpose is to provide a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for everyone. 

Any person accessing the establishment undertakes to comply with all provisions of these regulations.

The establishment strives to maintain a welcoming, well-presented, and harmonious atmosphere, consistent with its positioning.
Management reserves the right to assess compliance with these regulations, in accordance with the principles of objectivity and non-discrimination.

As part of access to the establishment, each customer is invited to download and use the official TO2 application, available on the App Store and Google Play, or via QR code at the entrance and on www.la-terrasse.be/app. This application forms an integral part of the conditions of access. However, individuals who do not wish to use it may access the establishment upon payment of a fee of €15, without prejudice to compliance with the other conditions of access.

Security staff reserve the right to carry out checks to ensure compliance with these regulations. All visitors are required to cooperate and to follow any instructions given, in the interest of safety, order, and the proper conduct of activities. In the event of refusal, access may be denied or the individual concerned may be escorted out.

Access to the establishment is restricted to persons over 18 years of age after 6:00 PM, including for the restaurant.

Animals are not permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs.

Access to the establishment may be refused in the following cases:

• Any person in possession of weapons, dangerous objects, or narcotics
• Any person bringing in outside food or beverages
• Any person who has previously disturbed public order during a prior visit
• When the maximum capacity of the establishment has been reached or in case of imminent closure
• In the event of exceptional privatization of the venue
• Any person who is intoxicated or under the influence of substances
• Any person whose behavior is aggressive, threatening, or incompatible with safety or the proper conduct of the event
• Any person refusing to comply with these regulations

Dress Code

In order to preserve the welcoming and well-presented atmosphere of the venue, appropriate attire is required.

By way of indication, a smart casual dress code is expected, including clean and neat clothing such as a shirt, collared polo, or similar presentable garment, combined with appropriate trousers (jeans in good condition without holes, chinos, etc.) and suitable footwear.
